IMPORTANT INFORMATION 1. BEDROOM/LIVING ROOM PARTITION DOOR: It has 4 (four) interconnected panels that slide along a track at the top. We ask that you open and close it carefully. 2. ACCESSORIES AND HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES: Located in the kitchen cabinets, their use is exclusive within the apartment. The manuals are in the workstation drawer. a) BOWLS, GLASSES, TEACUP AND SAUCER b) EXPRESS COFFEE MACHINE c) PANS AND FRYING PAN: Note that they are for use on induction cooktops, that is, suitable for working with electromagnetic waves. d) SILICONE KITCHEN UTENSILS: They are recommended for use on non-stick pans, frying pans and baking trays. We ask that you do not use metal utensils and cutlery in them. e) CUTLERY f) TUPPERWARE and DISHES h) BROOM, SQUEEGEE, CLOTH AND CLEANING PRODUCTS: Located in the cleaning area cupboard. 3. CIGARETTES: Avoid smoking inside the apartment. 4. GARBAGE: It must be deposited in the trash can, located in the elevator hall, properly packed in closed plastic bags, for later removal from the condominium. If you have any questions, please consult the caretaker. 5. VIDEO and TELEVISION: It has 2 (two) remote controls, one to turn the television on and off, and the other exclusively for the TV BOX - Fire TV Stick device, with hundreds of channels, Alexa and main applications including Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Amazon Music, Spotify and Vivo Play. Access to open channels is via the TV EXPRESS streaming platform, with national and international channels, subtitled and dubbed. 6. WATER HEATER: Located in the common part of the building. Its operation and regulation are the responsibility of the building caretaker. 7. LAUNDRY ROOM: Located in the common part of the building. Its operation and adjustment are the responsibility of the user. This washing and drying service is completely free, but you will need a code to do so. Therefore, whenever you use it, ask the building caretaker for help. 8. ELECTRICAL BOARD: Located in the apartment’s entrance hall. 9. BUILDING ACCESS DOOR: a) Access control of people with remote identification and release, generating more security. b) Closed Circuit TV consisting of Equipment and Services. It helps in visualizing and monitoring strategic areas, being used not only in security and surveillance applications, inhibiting potential criminals, but also for operational purposes. c) Alarm with 24-hour audio and video monitoring and technical safety inspection. 10. ACCESS DOOR TO THE APARTMENT: The apartment lock has digital technology and works using a password. The access password will be communicated to the guest via message, through the Airbnb communication channel. If you prefer to use a conventional key, a copy is available in the key holder, located in the apartment's entrance hall. The keyhole is located under the door handle frame. Note: check-in is always done using digital technology, using a password. 11. IMPORTANT: a) We kindly ask that you DO NOT THROW PAPER down the toilet. b) FURNITURE: we ask that they not be moved, as this action could cause damage to the floor. c) Sofa and bed – we ask that you do not feel wet. 12. SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL COSTS: Breakage of glass/crockery, damage to furniture and floors; Laundered towels typically cannot remove stains (usually caused by makeup and other products).
